I've tried resetting the protocol adapter and power cycling the equipment. My pool guy and I have checked the connections on the panel. A total of 4 times I got it to connect for a few minutes over the course of a week. The problem was as described above - but occasionally I was able to get it to connect and show the temp and lights but as soon as I closed the app and tried it again it would stop.
